GONVVAMA has been awarded “Kincentric Best Employer, China 2022"

Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company, a leading global executive recruitment and leadership consulting firm, unveiled the "Best Employers in China 2022" list and held an awards ceremony on Dec 1st, 2022. 18 companies, Including GONVVAMA, Shanghai Disney Resort, Sephora China, IHG Hotels& Resorts,were awarded the "Best Employer China 2022" respectively.

The selection of Kincentric Best Employers List has been successfully held for 21 years, and it has become one of the most prestigious annual lists in the field of employer branding. Kincentric Best Employer assessment consists in comprehensive evaluation on organization in reference to four elements that are critical to an employer. Those elements include employee engagement, organization agility, leadership and talent focus. The award to GONVVAMA witnesses that our company has demonstrated excellent agility, outstanding company resilience and high employee engagement.

The Kincentric's Best Employers China 2022 summit shared vision and insights around the theme "The Opportunity Era, Embracing Change”. Under the constantly changing business environment, most pragmatic and efficient business management thinking is necessary to embrace and explore the new era of "dynamic change".  Jamie MacArthur, Global CEO of Kincentric;Steve Hickey, head of Kincentric Asia Pacific;Seymour Adler, Ph.D., global Senior partner and leader of Kincentric's global Leadership Evaluation and Development consulting practice delivered live or video speeches. "The Best Employers list is the best of the best," they said in their address. "Even in the turbulent global business environment in recent years, there are still outstanding employers who stand out. This year's best employers are companies that excel in exceptional times."

During the award presentation, GONVVAMA COO Carlos Pajares joined the stage to receive the award, and took a photo with the presenters. Billy Ma, CMO of GONVVAMA, shared two aspects at the "Best Employers Executive Roundtable" : In terms of organizational agility, despite the constant changes of the pandemic measures, GONVVAMA has been able to ensures production capacity thanks to the philosophy of quality, safety, advanced technology and professional service. At the same time, enterprises are accelerating in industry 4.0, which also promotes intelligent production and agile response, therefore improving productivity;  In terms of organizational resilience, the headquarters and the factories in Changshu, Loudi, Chongqing and Shenyang regularly hold staff activities to support each other and organize charity actions, which fully reflects employee caring and corporate social responsibility. As a result, GONVVAMA, with its innovation driven and people oriented management, has been able to grow steadily in this challenging and uncertain time.
