GONVVAMA Chongqing plant held the second quarter employee meeting and birthday party on July 13, 2021.
At the beginning of the meeting, EHS Arvin Li shared with everyone the completion of the report of RAIA and Stop, and encouraged everyone to actively participate in continuous improvement.Then he showed employees all the accidents and incidents that had happened at each plant in the past quarter as a warning to all employees to put safety first.
With the arrival of summer, the use of air conditioning is accompanied by the rise of energy consumption. Energy saving will be a part of everyone's work. Close the door and trun off the light when you leave, set up air conditioning at 26 degrees, they are all minor things we can do for environmental protection.
EHS also introduced the FPS Fatality Prevention System. The company is committed to providing a safe working environment for employees and protecting their personal interests.
At the end of the presentation, Plant manager Andy Wu and Operation Manager Jack Qin presented awards to the employees who performed well in the RAIA report.

The second part of the meeting was co-chaired by Plant manager Andy Wu and Operation Manager Jack Qin.
First of all, Andy Wu made a summary and analysis of the business and financial status in the second quarter, and emphasized that "We believe that with the joint efforts of all of you, Chongqing plant will be prospering and achieve satisfied results in the end of 2021."
Then, the operation manager introduced the current situation of the new projects, and encouraged everyone to continue to work with enthusiasm and spark in their positions.
In the third part of the meeting, the hostess introduced three new employees who joined GONVVAMA family in last few months and asked them to introduce themselves in turn.Then, the chair man of Labor Union, reviewed group activities and welfare sharing in the past quarter.
At the end of the meeting,employees who had their birthday in last 3 months came to the stage together to celebrate the happy time spent in GONVVAMA and make good wishes for the future.
