In the afternoon of July 8th, a heavy rain cool down the world, but did not cool down the enthusiasm of the staff to gather together for the Q2 staff meeting and group birthday party and new staff meeting!
Ken Sun started the meeting with the introduction of new EHS supervisor, Glen Gu. Glen has more than 10 years of experience on EHS, and has rich experience in mechanical protection, fall protection, contractor management, etc. Safety is always the first priority, We believe that with the contribution of Glen, the safety management in Changshu plant will be further improved. Glen then presented certificates to the 10 employees who received the Excellent Safety Award in May and June.
Then, Ken Sun shared the shipment of Changshu plant in Q1 and Q2, which greatly exceeded the budget. He thanked all the employees for their hard work for the first half of the year. After a short break in June, we will be busier in the next half. Gonvvama t-shirts were distributed in the meeting. We should be proud to be a member of Gonvvama. The company's rapid development needs excellent talents, lean management, and full dedication, Gonvvama is providing a very good platform and is willing to share the benefits with its staff , Let' keep up with the good work!
In order to improve efficiency and management, Connor Gu ,the HR&IT manager introduced the Incentive-Suggestion System, and gave the awards to the 2 employees -- Xu Peng, Deng Yizhou, who successfully improved the efficiency and saved the cost with their professional knowledge. They deserved the praise and applause. Hope this activity can encourage more employees to participate and strengthen the sense of identity and belonging!
Then, the staff whose birthday are in Q2 were invited to the stage to receive their customized Coke and cake. Wish them a happy birthday, a healthy family and all the best!
At the end , Ken Sun and Gordon Niu, chairman of the labor union had a talk with the new employees onborad in Q2. They emphasized the importance of safety to new employees and encouraged them to stay and develop their career in GONVVAMA. Any suggestion and feedback from them can be communicated through multiple channels.
As the activity ended, the rain stopped and the weather cleared up. The employees returned to the shopfloor , looking forward to receiving more good news!
