What are the root causes of communication problems? What communication key points do you need to master? What are the solutions to cross - function communication? How to handle conflicts?
In order to solve our confusion about communication, especially cross-function communication, Chongqing Plant invited Mr. Dong from Sunrise Training Institution to carry out a two-day training of "Cross-function communication” for the employees of Chongqing Plant from June 25 to June 26.
In the two-day course, in addition to sharing a lot of theory of communication, Mr. Dong also led the students to practice, allowing us to practice in rich and specific cases and games, summarize and think from the study, turn theoretical knowledge into their own skills, and turn books into actions.
"Communication Funnel Principle", "Command and Intention", "Cold Reading", "One Frequency Communication", "Four-step Reporting Methods", "Johari Window Theory", "Emotional Bank", "Tiger/Woodpecker/Oriole bird/Panda", "Competition/Cooperation/Avoidance/Adaptation", all these knowledge points make us gain a lot.
