On June 17th and 18th 2021, plant managers and operation managers of GONVVAMA Loudi, Chongqing, Changshu and Shenyang gathered at Chongqing for the first GONVVAMA Operation Workshop organized by Ivan, GONVVAMA Deputy COO. Carlos Pajares, GONVVAMA COO were present to the workshop. 

In depth discussion were carried out over many topics such as how to improve organizing ability, how to improve operation performance, how to eliminate the waste generated in the process of operation and the implementation of 5S and lean management.  Everyone spoke freely about their ideas for the operation of GONVVAMA. 

This successful and fruitful workshop brought new ideas and new approaches for future operation management, which will further facilitate the development of GONVVAMA, so as to achieve the vision of being at the forefront of automotive in China by making vehicles safer, lighter, and greener.
